Tara Jean Yunker of New Smyrna Beach is not considered 'endangered,' but she has abused prescription pills and alcohol, officials say. Authorities are asking for help in locating a 16-year-old girl with a history of drug problems who has been missing from her New Smyrna Beach home since Friday.
