Safe drug disposal at Town Hall Sept. 25
WEST NEWBURY— The Police Department is partnering with the Council on Aging to hold a drug disposal day on Saturday, Sept. 25. The event, which takes place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the First Floor Hearing Room of the 1910 Town Office Building, is part of a nationwide initiative by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.

U.N. agency to report fall in Afghan opium output
